Museum opening for the 2018 season.by David Hopkins (Hampshire’s County Archaeologist)

For opening times see Visit Us

David Hopkins (Hampshire’s County Archaeologist) is visiting on Saturday 31st March to “open” Emsworth Museum after the winter break and to see the new display of artefacts that have been found on the site of the Warblington Roman Villa Estate. This display will illustrate and explain an aspect of Emsworth’s history that has not been available to visitors in past years.

“Auntie Pat’s Dancing School” exhibition in October last year was very popular and by request it is being repeated. A number of visitors last year brought with them photographs that were not in Emsworth Museum’s collection which they donated and these have been added to the display.
