Emsworth Museum opens again on Good Friday, March 29th after our Winter break. There has been extensive re-decoration of the hallway, reception area and the main hall. As always we open with a new temporary exhibition in the David Rudkin Room, this time a fascinating exhibition about Brook Meadow, our local nature reserve and haven for wildlife near Emsworth town centre.
Brook Meadow is located between the river Ems in the west and Lumley Road in the east and many of the plants, insects, birds, and animals that can be seen in the meadow will be illustrated.

The Brook Meadow Conservation Group was formed in 2000 by local residents to restore, protect and conserve the natural environment of the meadow for the benefit and quiet enjoyment of the general public. This exhibition will interest people of all ages and should not be missed. Note this exhibition will not be available during the Emsworth Arts Trail weekends from April 27th to May 6th. See our home page for Museum Opening Times
