North Street House

This is a very rare photograph of the junction of West Street, North Street and the High Street. The row of buildings in the middle was demolished and a block of flats with shops underneath constructed. Mr Agate's drapery shop on the left was opened before the beginning 1st world war but has closed by the 1920.
