Sale of land - tenement garden orchard, rick-yard and outbuildings - to the west of Bath Road, Emsworth by William Bean Young, Gentleman to the Reverend Joshua Stopford, vicar of Hayling Island for £1,262 and 10 shillings. Good condition, on parchment. Size: 66 cm x 57 cm comprising two sheets.
