Gin bottle.
Description
Brown glass, dredged up in Lyme Bay in 1866 by Emsworth Oyster Smack, probably late 18th Century. The Crew were Captain Dusty Miller, Amos Boutell (Mate) and 2 boys, 2 Dutch emigrant ships collided, one sank, the other repaired and continued voyage . Material: glass . Condition: good but some marine encrustation. Dimensions 24 cm in height.
