Order slip for supplies. White paper with decoration along the left-hand vertical edge. Partly printed with 'Watergate, Emsworth', '188', 'To', 'Please to supply the following', 'Nothing to be delivered or sent in without a printed order similar to this'. 16 cm x 13 cm. One puncture holes probably from an office spike.
