Black and white photograph - showing the east side of North Street, Emsworth - also The Little Green Public house and Billie Bates' Swopshop. Billie Bates used to play the accordion at local dances. He can be seen leading the children's fancy dress parade at the water carnival (dressed as a pirate) The donor lived in 'The Museum' when it was a flat and took the photograph from what is now the office window.
